Petitioner complains that in spite of his representation dated 08.10.2015 the fourth respondent is not taking up petitioner's request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-50 cents in Survey No.68/1 at Mangampet Village, Obulavaripalli Mandal, Kadapa District.

3. Apparently, petitioner has made a representation on 08.10.2015 before the fourth respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accor10dance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar

Passbooks Act, 1971.

4. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
