THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37554 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 12.10.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, CCS Narsapur Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, read as under:

"It is submitted that, as per writ averments the petitioner lodged complaint with the respondent police stating that, he is absolute owner and possessor of land in Sy.No.93/6 admeasuring Ac.0.06 gts situated at Seetarampally village, Narsapur Mandal, Mancherial District. Further one Lingaiah, Bhumaiah and others who are the unofficial respondents tried to entered into the land by creating false documents. When the petitioner questioned about this they abused the petitioner with filthy language, hence requested to take necessary action against them.

Further it is submitted that, after receiving the said complaint the respondent police made GD entry vide No.9 on 10.10.2018 and conducted preliminary enquiry which revealed that the matter is civil in nature and the same was informed to him through register post on 12.10.2018".

By placing on record the above written instructions, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
