Aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.03.2016 in Criminal Appeal No.798 of 2014 passed by the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ accused. 2.

Heard.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.02.2017, 10% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty thousand only) is paid to the Chief Justice Relief Fund as compounding fee. The accused and complainant present and stated that the claim is settled outside the Court and the complainant received the amount.

Recording the said submissions under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed setting aside the judgment dated 28.03.2016 in Criminal Appeal No.798 of 2014 passed by the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and the revision petitioner/ accused is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and his bail bonds if any, shall stand

cancelled. Insofar as the amount deposited before the trial Court, the complainant is entitled to withdraw the same by filing a cheque petition along with Memorandum of Understanding.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
