THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2582 OF 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the common order dated 04.08.2016 passed by the High Court at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in so far as it pertained to W.P.No.15385 of 2011. By the said common order, the authorities were directed to take appropriate action expeditiously as per the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in a batch of O.As.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that pursuant to the aforestated direction, proceedings dated 12.03.2018 were issued by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad, State of Telangana, imposing upon the petitioner the lesser punishment of withholding two annual grade increments with cumulative effect. A copy of the said proceeding is placed on record.

Though there appears to be some amount of delay in compliance, we find no indication of any wilfullness attaching to it. 4.

In the light of the aforestated development, we find no cause to exercise contempt jurisdiction.
