HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12221 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue any writ, order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent University in not ratifying the category 'B' admission made by the petitioner institutions under M.Pharmacy course for the academic year 2012-13 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent University to forthwith ratify the said admissions and allow the said students to complete their course." This Court, on 23.04.2013, while issuing Rule Nisi, passed the following order:

"In the light of the orders of this Court in similar matters, there shall be an interim direction to the respondent University to permit the students admitted by the petitioners under 'B'

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have complied with the conditional interim order of depositing Rs.50,000/- each and hence pleads for closure of the writ petition.
