HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24733 of 2012 ORDER :

The writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in taking steps on the representation dated 04.06.2012 made by the petitioners for issuance of pass books and title deeds in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.3.10 gts. and Ac.4.10 gts. in Sy.No.14 of Vepakuntla Village of Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District.

2. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 04.06.2012 at the earliest.

3. Having regard to the above and, without going into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District to dispose of the representation dated 04.06.2012 made by the petitioners, if it is still pending, with six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
