THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1749 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.31 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Ghanpur (W) Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 182 and 420 IPC and Section 12(1)( and 16 of the A.P. (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, charge sheet was filed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Court below seeking appropriate relief in accordance with law. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
