Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of her complaint dated 04.02.2015, respondent No.2 is not taking any action and not registering the same.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader show that the Station House Officer, received petitioner's complaint, through CCC No.374 of 2014 dated 04.02.2015 and the same was registered as Crime No.22 of 2015 for the offence under Section 420 IPC on 20.02.2015 against respondent No.5 and 6 herein.
4. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not any more survive.
Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
