Petitioner aggrieved by order of 3rd respondent in Roc .No.383-1/ 2015(A)-14 dated 19-02-2016 filed appeal on 21-07-2016 along with a petition to stay the order, dated 19-02-2016.

The grievance of petitioner is that 2nd respondent neither has taken up for hearing the appeal nor has given any date for arguing the stay petition filed by the petitioner. Nonconsideration of stay petition is causing irreparable loss and hardship. Hence, prays for appropriate direction to dispose of the stay petition filed along with appeal on 21-07-2016 expeditiously.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent can be directed to dispose of the stay petition within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to

communicate the order in this writ petition to 2nd respondent for expeditious disposal.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
