HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 416 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 21.09.2015, passed by this Court in WP No. 29800 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.

2. Now, a counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that after conducting enquiry, final orders were passed on 05.02.2016.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
