HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.12012 of 2013 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner complains against the inaction of 2nd respondent in considering the petitioner's application dated 08.03.2013 filed under the A.P. Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, as illegal and arbitrary. We are satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of without examining the case on merits, as the complaint is against inaction in disposing of representation dated 08.03.2013. Therefore, without embarking upon the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as follows:
"The petitioner is given four weeks time from today to re-submit the representation dated 08.03.2013, along with the copy of order, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Anantapur and the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ________________
