When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent Gram Panchayat that the proposal to erect Nabhisila in front of the house of the petitioner is dropped and no further adjudication is necessary.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
