The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the GP for Endowments, (AP) for the Respondents No. 1 to 3, and of Smt. K. Lalitha, SC for the Respondent No.4, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Post along with WP. No. 18414 of 2015 & batch. The respondents are directed to conduct the auction but it shall not be finalized for a period of two (2) weeks. If the petitioner is in occupation of the subject properties, he shall not be displaced for the period of two (2) weeks. The petitioner is also entitled to participate in the auction."
