In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.1 seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No.339 of 2013 on the file of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 338, 337 & 279 IPC and Section 181, 192(i), 196 and 190(ii) of Motor Vehicles Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Matwada Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that CC No. 339/2013 on the file of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal was ended in acquittal on 5.1.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C No.339 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
