.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in registering the Crime No. 254/2015 on the file of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District against the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently quash the proceedings in Crime No. 254/2015 on the file of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District against the petitioner concerned.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P. for Home for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:
" Learned Government Pleader for Home takes notice for respondents and seeks time to get instructions. Post after four (4) weeks.
In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of arrest of the petitioner alone in FIR.No. 254 of 2015 on the file Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, Mydukur, YSR Kadapa District- 5th respondent herein, however, investigation may go on."
