HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18777 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent under Section 4(B) of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, against the order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.B3/5711/2014. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the revision filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision/stay petition, filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, Staus-quo obtaining as on to-day, shall be maintained by both the parties.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
