The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the respondent has filed a Memo wherein he has stated that in pursuance of the settlement Memo dated 16-10-2014, the amount agreed to paid by the respondent i.e., Rs.6,06,58,950/- has been paid. Mr. D.S.V.G. Nagaraju, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has admitted such payment and submitted that his client does not propose to press the Company Petition.

In the light of the above facts, the Company Petition is closed.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Company Petition, Company Application Nos.1282 and 1283 of 2013 and 974 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
