This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.4 in Crime No.887 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
