ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that pattadar passbooks and title deeds are not issued to her in spite of several representations made in respect of land admeasuring Ac.34.00 guntas at Mallampally village, Mulug Mandal, Warangal District. Petitioner has filed copies of the representations including the last representation dated 24.07.2015 and alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

2. During the last date of hearing, it was, however, noticed that the petitioner has not filed any appropriate application under Form 6(A) in accordance with the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. Petitioner was, therefore, given an opportunity to file an appropriate application.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the application filed under the prescribed proforma in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the said application dated 05.08.2015 is stated to be pending consideration before the fourth respondent. In view of the aforesaid subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
