Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 3 to 5.

Petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer bearing No.13 of Rajupalem Village, Kalasapadu Mandal, Kadapa District. She challenges the proceedings dated 01.10.2018 suspending her dealership authorization.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that enquiry is in progress and will be concluded within three weeks.

Since there is progress in the enquiry and learned Government Pleader assures that enquiry will be concluded within a short period, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date receipt of a copy of the order. If, for any reason, final orders are not passed within the time granted, suspension shall be revoked against the petitioner. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
