HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37587 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in considering the online applications of the petitioner dated 21.08.2017, for the purpose of issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and for mutation of the petitioner's name in the revenue records, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the applications dated 21.08.2017 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.
