The petitioner is aggrieved by non-implementation of the order of the 3rd respondent dated 11-06-2009.

The petitioner states that the 5th respondent had challenged the said order in W.P.No.20887 of 2009 and the said writ petition was dismissed on 16-12-2014 and thereby, the order of the 3rd respondent has attained finality. Seeking implementation of the said order, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the request of the petitioner and take appropriate necessary steps expeditiously.
