HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 15278 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not allowing the petitioner to appear for interview for selection and appointment to the post of Junior Technician (Lab).

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.05.2012, directed the first respondent to permit the petitioner to appear for interview.

3. A counter affidavit is filed along with WVMP No.3504 of 2013 stating that pursuant to the interim directions of this Court the application of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner was allowed for written test held on 20.10.2013.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. However, if the results of the candidates who appeared for written test on 20.10.2013 were not declared, the respondents are directed to declare the results and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
