This civil revision petition is filed by the Judgment Debtor No.4, under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 06.11.2015 passed in E.P.No.14 of 2014 in Dispute No.119 of 2012 on the file of the XIII Additional District Court, Narasaraopet. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the E.P. was closed by the executing Court, as such, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
