As there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 08.06.2016, the revision was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
