ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.3 in taking appropriate action on the representation, dated 16.11.2015, of the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 8 for misappropriation of funds without execution of works of metal roads from Boddukurupadu to Botlapalem and Botlapalem to Bakkireddipalem, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to approach the Andhra Pradesh Lokayuktha for redressal of his grievance.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51579 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
