This writ petition is filed by 5 Special Officers, who were deputed to work in Sarvasiksha Abhiyan challenging the action of the respondents in refusing to allow the petitioners to perform their duties, non payment of their salaries and non release of Dietary and Contingent charges incurred by them for the purpose of upkeep of the students and also action of issuing proceedings, dated 21-07-2014 appointing unofficial respondents on contract basis in spite of interim direction in W.P.No.14287 of 2014. 2.

There is no interim order in this case and W.P.No.14287 of 2014 is separately being considered. In view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioners to urge contentions in W.P.No.14287 of 2014.
