Heard.

The petitioners claim that as per the order of the Land Reforms Tribunal & Revenue Divisional Officer, Narayanapet, in C.C.No.921/1975/MKL, the land admeasuring Ac.62-51 cents in Sy.Nos.167, 172, 173, 203, 204 and 208 situated at Eligandla Village, Dhanwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, is required to be included in the revenue record in the name of the petitioners and pattadar passbooks and title deeds have to be issued in their favour. Accordingly, the petitioners made an application on 30-052015 before the 3rd respondent seeking to enter their names in the revenue records and issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

Even if the contentions of the petitioners, as above, are accepted, the petitioners have not made any statutory application as required under Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the rules made thereunder and in the absence thereof, the relief as sought for cannot be granted. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make appropriate application to the 3rd respondent in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the Rules and if any such application is received by the 3rd respondent, he shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders within 45 days from the date of receipt of such application. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
