This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in P.R.C.No.25 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, at Warangal. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge.

3 Permission is accorded.
