ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2018 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Nandigama, Krishna District, to any competent Court at Khammam, on the ground that the petitioner is struggling financially and unable to undertake journey and stay at Nandigama by spending huge amount and that too she is not in a position to incur incidental expenses to appear before the Court at Nandigama. 2.
During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the aforesaid contentions.

Undisputedly, H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2008 is filed by the respondent under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage by granting a decree of divorce. But the petitioner is residing at Khammam Town, which is at a distance of 100 kms approximately, and she is aged 30 years and not suffering from any ill-health to undertake journey covering distance of 100 kms and that too she is not required to appear before the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Nandigama, on each and every date of adjournment, in connection with the above O.P. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent to meet the expenses for traveling, stay and other incidental expenses to the petitioner whenever she attends the Court at Nandigama in connection with the aforesaid O.P., in view of her financial difficulty expressed.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous MSM, J Tr.C.M.P.No.666 of 2018 Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J 23rd October, 2018 sj
