Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue an order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare and set aside the impugned Sale Notice dated 14-07-2016
issued by Respondent No. 2 for auctioning the petitioners mortgaged immovable property on 22-08-2016 is arbitrary, illegal and violation of fundamental rights and consequently direct Respondent No. 2 to withdraw the sale proceedings as mentioned in Sale Notice dated 14-07under reference No.
TELZORDMP16-17-108."
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has filed Annexure-I, which is thoroughly incomplete and absolutely unsatisfactory.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper and complete Annexure-I.
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to issue memo to the Scrutiny Officer, who has passed this Writ Petition.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.32257 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________
