SKK,J WP_34311_2016 O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though she made several representations, the latest being dated 12.06.2014, to the respondents requesting them to pay compensation in respect of her land admeasuring Ac.5.09 guntas in Sy.Nos.469/ A, 469/ AA and 469/ E situated in Jurala village, Atmakur Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District or allot equivalent alternative land, the respondents have not considered her representation so far.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation so that the same will be considered by the respondents within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation for the relief sought for in the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks and communicate decision that may be taken, in writing, to the

SKK,J WP_34311_2016 petitioner, within a period of one week thereafter. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision, liberty is granted to her to approach appropriate forum.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
