Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner is already closed and, therefore, no cause would survive in the writ petition. 2.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that since the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner is already closed, no cause would survive in the writ petition for any further adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
