This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397(1) and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 19.07.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2243 of 2016 in P.O.R.No.19/79/2016 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bhadrachalam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file an appropriate application before the competent authority. Permission is granted.
