THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10978 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.412 of 2018 of Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 188 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.9124 of 2018 dated 28.07.2018. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, this criminal petition also stands allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
