This Court, while admitting the Writ Petition, passed the following interim order on 20.12.2013, which reads as follows: "Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare takes notice for the respondents and seeks time for filing counter affidavit.

Post on 17.02.2014.

The respondents shall not dispossess the petitioner from the lands admeasuring Ac.1.85 cents in Survey No.209/2 and Acs.3.50 cents in Survey No.209/5 of Nellipudi Village, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, without following due process of law, pending further orders."

This Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, dated 20.12.2013, to the effect that the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioner from the aforesaid lands, without following due process of law.
