The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the objections filed by the petitioner, requesting not to grant permission to the respondent No.5 for digging gravel for an extent of Ac.1.10 in Survey No. 410/ 7 of G.Donthamuru Village, Rangampet Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that the permission granted to respondent No.5 for digging gravel in the subject land, which expired on 06.10.2018, was renewed till 19.11.2018.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the authorities to deal with the objections raised by the petitioner on 06.10.2018 while renewing the licence, if any, after 19.11.2018, in accordance with law. However, it is always open to the petitioner to question the renewal of licence to respondent

No.5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
