ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 10.02.2018 issued under Section 6-A(1) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short, Act, 1955) confiscating 100% value of seized stock to Government.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to prefer appeal under Section 6-C of the Act, 1955 to the appellate authority within a week. 3.
As Section 6-C of the Act, 1955 prescribes remedy of appeal against the order of confiscation, liberty as sought for by the petitioners is granted. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
