HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17962 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Home. There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondents on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are summoning the petitioner frequently to the police station to settle the matter with un-official respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of premises bearing No.2-48/1/118/A/1 on plot No.118/A/1, admeasuring 292.5 square yards in Sy.Nos.69 and 70 of Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner by summoning to the police station. The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition would show that respondent Nos.2 and 3 at the instigation of respondent Nos.4 and 5 are summoning the petitioner in respect of the said property. It is the case of the petitioner that he has purchased the said property under a registered sale deed bearing document No.9863 of 2015 from E.

Ramchander for a valid consideration and since then he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. He placed on record the documents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.5546 of 2016 and W.P.M.P.No.11199 of 2016 in W.P.No.

summon the petitioner to the police station, except following due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
