THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.28842 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioners complain the inaction on the part of the Tahsildar, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 3rd respondent, in passing appropriate orders on the application filed by them on 06.05.2015 under Section 6-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 by paying necessary fee through Online for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Hence, the Writ Petition. Since the application of the petitioners is required to be considered and disposed of within a time bound schedule of 45 days, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said application on its own merits and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
