THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9313 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Assignments appearing for the respondents.

2. A show cause notice dt.12.02.2016 has been issued to the petitioner by respondent No.3 to show cause why the assignment granted in his favour of certain land in 1987 should not be cancelled. Petitioner submitted his explanation to it on 20.02.2016. According to the petitioner, no orders have been passed by respondent No.3 in the matter, after receiving petitioner's explanation and the Revenue Authorities are interfering with his possession and enjoyment of the subject land.

3. Government Pleader for Assignments states that respondent No.3 will pass orders after considering the petitioner's explanation to the show-cause notice dt.12.02.2016 and pass a reasoned order and communicate it to the petitioner and till then the respondents will not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the subject land.

4. In view of the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the subject land by the petitioner till respondent No.3 passes orders after

considering the petitioner's explanation dt.20.02.2016 to the show cause notice dt.12.02.2016 issued by him and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
