THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3297 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and Cr.P.C.

challenging the docket order, dated 05-12-2016 in Crl.M.P.(SR) No.4272 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.652 of 2016 on the file of the IX Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari, Rajamendravaram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file appropriate application before the appellate Court. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
