The order cancelling the Fair Price Shop Dealership was set aside in appeal preferred by the petitioner and the matter was remanded to the original authority for consideration of the issue afresh. However, on the ground of remand and pending enquiry, the petitioner was not allowed to draw the essential commodities. 3.

This Court, by order dated 03.12.2015, directed the respondents to release fresh stock of essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop, pending fresh orders to be passed by respondent No.4 on remand made by respondent No.2. 4.

The said interim order granted would suffice the interests of the petitioner and there is no need to pass further orders. However, it is made clear that the supply of essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop is subject to her fulfilling all the requirements and has not suffered any other penal consequence. Further, this order is subject to the final decision made by respondent No.4 on remand by respondent No.2, if not already passed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
