Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that charge sheet was laid and the same was assigned C.C.No.1007 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Jagtial and the present petition has become infructuous. He further represents that fresh criminal petition was also filed challenging the proceedings in the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
