THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 28756 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao for petitioners, Mr.Cheemalapati Ravi for Respondent No.3, and Government Pleaders for Irrigation & Command Area Development & Revenue, for other Respondents. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that with the passage of time from the date of filing writ petition till date, and changed circumstances, the writ prayer need not be considered by this Court for, according to his instructions, the poultry sheds are removed, the petitioner is not doing poultry activity, one shed remains there and is kept idle. 3.

Since the petitioner is not undertaking poultry activity, the writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear, if the petitioner intends to press for writ prayer, the petitioner is given liberty to file a petition for recalling the instant order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
