This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 14-03-2016, in OA.No.819 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').
We have heard Mr.Ravi Kondaveeti, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services (AP).
After arguing the case, Mr.Ravi Kondaveeti, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client will be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiries in the three disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.
The learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) submitted that respondent No.2 will endeavour to conclude the disciplinary proceedings if reasonable time is allowed to him.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without rendering any findings on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to conclude all the disciplinary proceedings
pending against the petitioner and pass final orders within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.13268 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
