When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and therefore the matter was directed to be listed on 06.02.2023 under the caption "For Orders". On 07.02.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 13.02.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
