The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision before the 1st respondent against the order dated 07-03-2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.29 of 2011 along with stay petition. As no orders are being passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 07-03-2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.29 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible. Till disposal of revision, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained over the subject property.
