HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14306 of 2013 ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor while filing an intimation letter dated 11.1.2017 issued to him by the Prohibition and Excise Inspector, Haliya Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that the case property in the present case along with some other properties were destroyed as per order dated 14.3.2016 of the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Nalgonda.
Learned counsel for petitioner/A4 is present and noted the contents of the letter. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to give a copy of the proceedings dated 14.3.2016 of the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Nalgonda, to the counsel for petitioner.
In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition, which is filed for return of the case property, is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
