Mr. C.V.R. Rudra Prasad, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.10, on instructions, submits that respondent No.10 - Society is not making or has made any construction or propose to make any construction as alleged in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.10, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of their grievance, if the circumstances so demand.
